Slow-smoked Wagyu short rib, glazed with Highwayman Whisky, accompanied by anise-charged fennel pickles. - Course 3 – Reverse-Seared Wagyu Rib Eye Marble Score 6-7
MB9+ Wagyu tomahawk, reverse seared to perfection, served with rich demi-glacé & silky truffle mash. - Also dessert served with each course being paired to a Highwayman whisky
