A chance to sit down at the tasting table with Dan, the whisky maker and founder of Highwayman. You’ll be surrounded by barrels ageing whisky and set for an intimate and in-depth experience.
During the tasting masterclass you will get the opportunity to taste 3 different Highwayman expressions.
You have the additional option to bottle your own 200ml bottle, straight from the barrel, as well as an option to add on a cheese or charcuterie board.
Plus the chance to taste more whiskies from the Highwayman back catalogue by pre-ordering a ‘Dram with Dan’
3 locally made artisanal chesses (peppered Romano, soft, blue) + Byron Bay crackers
Charcuterie from Byron Bay born and bred – Salumi Australia, with the option to order up to 4 different selections + Byron Bay crackers.
Bottle a 200ml take away bottle straight from the cask itself.
