This is a very special and meaningful Highwayman whisky batch release for Dan as it’s named after his father and it’s also the first ever Father’s Day special release that will become an annual event. Dan’s father got him into whisky and he’s the reason that Highwayman exists so you can imagine the whisky must be very special to be selected for this release. This whisky is a single cask release, aged entirely in a 100L French oak super heavy char Seppeltsfeld Muscat cask. This is only the second ever Muscat cask matured Highwayman whisky so it’s quite a rare release and as always, completely unfiltered and undiluted. Bottled at a cask strength of 55% producing 150 bottles of thick, chewy, oily and delicious goodness.
