This stunning batch is born from two 2nd fill wheated bourbon barrels filled and matured with unpeated HWM spirit married with two 2nd fill American rye whiskey barrels filled and matured with HWM peated spirit. After these 4 barrels were married together the whisky was then given a second maturation in a 2nd fill honey cask giving the it an incredible silky sweetness without dominating the flavour profile with honey. As always this batch has been bottled unfiltered and undiluted at a cask strength of 55% yielding 150 bottles.
