This beautiful Halloween 2025 batch release of Highwayman whisky is very dark and aptly named – Wake the Dead. Peated spirit aged in wet refill Tawny casks and finished in wet refill PX gives us a huge chocolatey mouthful of flavour with earthy, salty hints of smoke. A truly spectacular dram worthy of a spooky evening around the fire! As always this batch was unfiltered and bottled at a cask strength of 55% yielding 140 bottles.
