By joining the Hellraisers Club, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Membership
Hellraisers membership is strictly limited to 100 active members.
Membership is charged annually at $99 AUD per year and will automatically renew using your nominated payment method unless cancelled prior to your renewal date.
Membership is personal to you and cannot be transferred, sold, gifted or reassigned without the written approval of Highwayman Whisky.
If a membership is cancelled, expires, or is terminated, that membership position may be offered to another applicant at Highwayman Whisky’s discretion.

Membership benefits apply only while your membership remains active and financial.
Highwayman Whisky reserves the right to amend membership benefits, inclusions and offers from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated to active members.
Hellraiser Exclusive Releases
Hellraiser-exclusive releases are available only to members with an active Hellraisers membership.
Two exclusive Hellraiser whisky releases are planned each year. These bottles are not included in the annual membership fee and must be purchased separately at the member release price available at the time of release.
Access to purchase Hellraiser-exclusive releases is available only while your membership remains active. If your membership has expired, been cancelled, or your renewal payment has failed, you will no longer be eligible to purchase these exclusive releases.
Hellraiser-exclusive releases are offered during a member purchase window only. Any unpurchased bottles remaining after the member purchase period may be made available to the public at Highwayman Whisky’s discretion.
Annual Renewals
Your membership will automatically renew each year using your nominated payment method.
It is the responsibility of each member to ensure their nominated payment method remains valid and that sufficient funds are available for renewal.
If your renewal payment fails, Highwayman Whisky will make one additional attempt to process your payment.
If the second payment attempt is unsuccessful, your Hellraisers membership will be automatically cancelled and your membership position will immediately become available for purchase by another applicant.
Once a membership position has been forfeited and reallocated, Highwayman Whisky cannot guarantee its reinstatement.
Discounts & Shipping
The 20% member discount applies to eligible whisky products only and is automatically applied at checkout.
Free shipping is available on eligible online orders while your membership remains active.
Discounts and member pricing cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated.
If you cancel during your subscription term, your membership will remain active until the end of your current paid membership period.
No partial refunds or credits will be provided for any unused portion of an annual membership.
Member Conduct
Highwayman Whisky reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate a Hellraisers membership where a member engages in abusive, fraudulent, inappropriate or unlawful behaviour, or otherwise acts in a manner that may bring Highwayman Whisky or the Hellraisers Club into disrepute.
Where a membership is terminated for these reasons, any remaining membership period and associated benefits may be forfeited without refund.
Responsible Service
You must be 18 years or older to become a Hellraisers member or purchase alcohol from Highwayman Whisky.
All alcohol sales remain subject to Responsible Service of Alcohol legislation and all applicable Australian laws.
Changes to Membership & Terms
Highwayman Whisky reserves the right to update these Membership Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Any significant changes will be communicated to active members where reasonably practical.
Continued membership following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
