Nose
An earthy camp fire smokiness coupled w an intense salinity. Mandarin and cumquat zest creaminess meets a crossover star anise and fennel seed with touches of real Madagascan vanilla seed dark syrup

Palate
A flash of sweet citrus syrup up front with hints of dried apricot balanced with a salty sweet earthy smokiness working into fresh citrus oiliness

Finish
Very long and oily with burst of citrus, smoke and salt
