This beautiful Highwayman batch release is the third in the ale cask matured series. It’s a beautiful medium peated whisky that’s double matured, firstly in PX sherry casks and secondly in Young Henry’s Ale casks.

The colab link with Young Henry’s goes back well over a decade with friendships dating back over 2 decades! They made a beautiful unhopped red ale infused w cold brew coffee and cacao nibs then aged that in ex-HWM Whisky casks.

After maturing for a couple of months the beer was tipped and the casks sent back up to Dan to use again for the second maturation of this fine dram! Unfiltered and undiluted this whisky weighs in at 55% and produced 150 bottles.
