A marriage of 2 x 100lt French oak super heavy char dry red wine casks giving you a Highwayman unlike any before. Refined oak characteristics with a beautiful maltiness leading to incredible balance of cask and spirit. Bottled at a cask strength of 55% and yielding 120 bottles to the batch with 80 going live via the website.
