The first ever Australian whisky release aged in a Fino sherry cask! This whisky is triple matured seeing its first 2 years in multiple 40L first fill American oak ex bourbon casks. These casks were then tipped and married together into a vat before seeing their second maturation in a 120L Spanish oak ex Fino sherry cask. For it’s last maturation the whisky was then put back into a full size 200L American oak ex bourbon barrel to finish off. 240 bottles yielded at a cask strength of 55%
