S.O.B Story Sequel Production notes
This new batch of Highwayman whisky is the first non peated releases in over 2 years! The anticipation has been building for this batch and it gets its name from the national tour around the country that’s just begun! Straight Outta Byron or S.O.B story sequel is a marriage of 2 x 100 litre French oak super heavy char casks. One was a first fill tawny and one was a refill red wine. The balance of these two casks gives an extremely elegant and full bodied whisky. It’s unfiltered, undiluted, and bottled at a cask strength of 55%. 300 bottles produced with each bottle numbered and presented in a canvas draw string bag.
