This coming Monday 26th October @6pm sharp sees the unleashing of the latest thrilling release of HWM Batch #9. Batch #9 has taken the crown as Dan’s new favorite release as it’s so unique in flavour profile. It’s aged for 3 years and 3 months in 2 x 50lt ex- makers mark casks then transfered into a 100lt French oak super heavy char Apera cask for a second maturation of 5 months to completely transform it into what Dan has given the nickname of ‘Twisted tradition’ because it’s a play on traditional bourbon cask to sherry cask maturation type used in Scotland over the last few decades.
Bottled at cask strength and weighing in at 55.5%
