Nose
Freshly cut timber, sawdust, carob and vanilla. Morning porridge with maple syrup sweetness and ginger nut biscuit spice.
Palate
Cinnamon spice up front with lingering hints of nutmeg and star anise. Agave sweetness, finely sliced green papaya with a vegetal earthiness

Long, spicy and lingering
